Greg is a Central Florida native, born in Winter Park and raised in Central Florida. In 2011, Greg began his career in the real estate industry when he accepted a role as a Sales Associate for Real Estate Investment Source. As part of his role Greg became an expert at evaluating properties for investors and quickly became a trusted source for his clients looking to purchase properties. Greg is an acquisition specialist with years of experience finding, estimating, and locating quality cash flow properties for clients to maximize their return on investment. Due to Greg’s long history finding properties, he has become proficient at purchasing, rehabbing/flipping and selling properties and can not only evaluate a home based on its specs but also by its build quality as it pertains to its construction and maintenance. Greg has facilitated the sales of property portfolios and grew to become a top sales agent while being involved in hundreds of transactions. Greg also served as Marketing Director and then Director of Operations for multiple major contracting companies in Central Florida. Greg has found continued success in the real estate industry and enjoys helping the local community. He has helped many local families find their dream homes and continues to be one of the top and trusted agents in Central Florida.
