Melanie R. Kayaleh has been in the Commercial Real Estate industry for the last decade. She moved a lot growing up, ultimately having her family relocate to the Orlando area, where she graduated high school. She went on to College at University of Florida and University of Central Florida for her undergraduate degree in Organizational Communications. She obtained her Master’s Degree in Education and Human Development with the focus on Counseling from The George Washington University in D.C.
After having a successful career in Counseling Oncology patients and working in the home health industry, she “retired” to have a child. After a few years, she decided she missed working and had the opportunity to get her real estate license and work in the Commercial Real Estate Sector at a Boutique Commercial Firm. She started her CRE career working with mostly tenants in retail leasing representing many numerous national brands, including Dunkin, Edward Jones, Cold Stone Creamery, Bruster’s Real Ice Cream. She has worked with numerous restaurant concepts, both regional and national and local to the Orlando and Central Florida area.
She eventually spread her wings, to be Director of Commercial for an Orlando based Keller Williams Market Center working with KW Commercial. She earned the recognition of being in the top 5% of the country, 4% in the State of Florida and number one agent in the Central Florida area.
Over the years, her business portfolio evolved to include working in the retail, industrial, office, land and multifamily sector. Both in leasing and sales and with tenants/ buyers, landlord/ sellers and developers.
She has a build a great reputation in the industry with her clients and the colleagues that she works alongside.
She is informative, educational and very knowledgeable about the CRE process. She is completing her Broker’s license. Melanie is also a CCIM designee (Certified Commercial Investment Member), who just has to take her final exam.
